Archimica is very pleased to announce the Global Quality Initiative (“QI”) – a continuous improvement program designed to strengthen the Company with improved quality and better efficiency.

Our processes and systems are continuously evaluated to ensure consistently high product quality and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).


The Initiative consists of several parts, e.g.:

• Archimica’s global quality infrastructure is being enforced through a strong and effective foundation of policies in all our activities worldwide.


• Global Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been re-examined and improved to evaluate our success in achieving quality excellence goals across all our sites.


• The global quality audit program has been re-designed to both evaluate performance against internal and external requirements and to share knowledge in a way that fosters continuous improvement across the organisation, so that pockets of excellence may become “Best Practices” for all sites.


• Updated cGMP Awareness Training has been expanded and improved to meet the highest standards of communication and effectiveness.
