Pharmaceutical Synthesis Technology Center
Operating in the culture of process efficiency and excellence in technology since the 1960s, Archimica’s Pharmaceutical Synthesis Technology Center was established in 2003. Today, the center in Frankfurt houses over sixty research and production personnel and focuses on technology development, targeted process development and broad-spectrum, small scale manufacturing to meet the phase I to phase III requirements of pharmaceutical companies. The center brings together a wide cross-section of technologies that are central to Archimica’s technology portfolio, including organometallics, chirals, biocatalysis, cryogenic synthesis, as well as couplings and condensations that take advantage of Archimica’s unique ®T3P coupling agent.
The center houses a kiloscale production facility and other multi-purpose synthesis capabilities, as well as one of Archimica’s Molecules Synthesis Centers.
