Established more than 70 years ago in the north east corner of Wales, Archimica’s production site at Sandycroft has a proven record for bulk active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacture. In May, 2007 the site was awarded GMP accreditation by the UK MHRA.
Historically involved in the manufacture of salicylates (including ethylene glycol monosalicylate, diethylamine salicylate and ethyl salicylate), the Sandycroft site now conducts custom synthesis and produces bulk APIs.
Sandycroft is accredited according to the ISO 9001: 2000 quality standard.
